  4. Payment: Payment for motorcycles and services rendered must be made in full at the time of purchase or service, unless prior arrangements have been made with Falcon Automobiles.
  5. Returns and Exchanges: Falcon Automobiles does not accept returns or exchanges on motorcycles once they have been purchased, except in cases of manufacturing defects covered under warranty.
  6. Liability: Falcon Automobiles is not liable for any accidents, damages, or injuries resulting from the use or operation of Royal Enfield motorcycles, whether due to negligence or otherwise.
  7. Modifications: Any modifications made to Royal Enfield motorcycles by parties other than authorized service centers may void the warranty and could affect the safety and performance of the motorcycle.

  9. Ownership: Title and ownership of motorcycles purchased from Falcon Automobiles are transferred to the buyer upon full payment and delivery of the motorcycle.
